Our team is composed of experienced officials who are not only experts in their respective sports but also deeply committed to fostering the spirit of competition. With decades of experience, we’ve built a reputation for reliability and impartiality, making us the trusted choice for leagues, schools, and organizations across the region.

In 2025, Pros Plus proudly became a women-owned and operated company. Led by Michelle, Whitley, and Sarah, we are a team of three strong women determined to elevate the company to new heights. Our mission is clear: to be the go-to officiating agency for fair, consistent, and respectful officiating.

What sets Pros Plus LTD apart from other organization companies?

Several officials have over a decade of experience with the Pros, continuing on as Pros Plus and emphasizes that it is a small, women-owned business. 

For the past 30+ years, Pros Plus LTD, formerly called Pros, has been sending officials out to the softball, basketball, arena football and outdoor flag football venues to represent one of the leading companies in sport officiating. Pros Plus is looking for good people to join our team and officiate with us. We are currently seeking softball (slow pitch and fast pitch) officials for Boulder, Westminster, Broomfield, Commerce City, Thornton, Lafayette, Louisville.
